Blue Compass is a growing network for Jewish professionals working in secular nonprofit and philanthropic spaces. Our goal is to build connection, reduce isolation, and strengthen the capacity of Jewish professionals to thrive, lead, and navigate today’s challenges with confidence and community.

Our community is grounded in the Blue Compass Guiding Principles—including connection and belonging, compassion and respect, courage and dialogue, clarity and integrity, bridge-building across differences, affirmation of Jewish peoplehood and human rights, and zero tolerance for any form of hate or harassment.

As part of joining the network, we ask every member to read these principles and agree to uphold them in all Blue Compass spaces. They ensure our community remains safe, supportive, mission-aligned, and rooted in mutual respect.
